Main responsibilities
- Foster alignment while respecting established governance and decision-making responsibilities. Your background
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in sustainability, strategic marketing, business development, product management, commercial strategy, market engagement, or related business functions.
- Strong understanding of sustainability topics relevant to industrial, infrastructure, energy, or technology markets.
- Experience working with customers, commercial teams, market-facing functions, or multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect sustainability topics to customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic priorities.
- Experience developing value propositions, business cases, or value quantification approaches is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work across functions and regions within a complex global organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to structure complex or unstructured information and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
