- Delivery & Planning: Own end-to-end project delivery including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and progress tracking.
- Create integrated plans with clear dependencies and resource allocation.
- Execute project processes, manage milestone reviews, and implement best practices across teams.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead meetings, facilitate knowledge sharing, build team dynamics, and coach team members.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Portfolio, Functions) to optimize delivery.
- Performance & Insights: Establish KPIs/OKRs, measure progress, and report results.
- Serve as a central data hub providing holistic planning insights, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Risk & Problem-Solving: Identify risks and bottlenecks, analyze implications (budget/timeline/scope), challenge assumptions, propose solutions, and communicate issues proactively to stakeholders.
