Role overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Brand to drive the global growth and brand activation of Cacao Barry across international markets while acting as the steward of the Callebaut Masters of Taste brand platform.

As a senior individual contributor, you will translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns, sales enablement tools, activation frameworks, and brand governance programs that support commercial growth and brand consistency across more than 50 markets.

In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Regional teams, R&D, Digital, Finance, Corporate Communications, and external partners to ensure successful brand deployment, market activation, and performance tracking.

Main responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities include
  • Define and execute the global growth strategy and activation roadmap for Cacao Barry across international markets, ensuring clear positioning and differentiation.
  • Develop and maintain a “global backbone, local relevance” framework, providing brand guidelines and guardrails that ensure consistency while enabling market adaptation.
  • Lead portfolio architecture and go-to-market support by market, including SKU prioritization, portfolio pathways, and channel-specific brand support models.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement tools, including commercial presentations, distributor materials, objection-handling guides, and value proposition frameworks.
  • Translate brand strengths and innovations into compelling audience-specific messaging for pastry chefs, chocolatiers, artisan professionals, distributors, and HoReCa customers.
  • Partner with regional commercial teams and distributors to drive market activation initiatives, training programs, workshops, trade shows, and customer engagement activities in priority markets.
  • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of global marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital and offline channels while adapting content to local market needs.
  • Design and deliver training programs that equip commercial, regional, and distributor teams with the knowledge and tools needed to successfully activate brands in market.
  • Own performance tracking and reporting, developing dashboards and insights that measure business impact, brand adoption, and commercial effectiveness.

Company and context

  • Act as the guardian of the Masters of Taste brand platform, maintaining key brand assets, guidelines, and governance processes across the organization.
  • Build and manage brand knowledge resources, review regional brand executions, and continuously improve tools, guidance, and best practices to strengthen global brand consistency and adoption. About You
  • 7–10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, or Commercial Marketing, with a meaningful portion in B2B and/or premium food or ingredients sectors.
  • Chocolate or fine food industry experience is a plus.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Brand Management, or equivalent; or bachelor’s with commensurate professional experience.
  • Proven track record of owning brand strategy workstreams end-to-end and translating them into tangible deliverables (toolkits, campaign frameworks, guidelines).
  • Experience building sales enablement tools: decks, playbooks, objection-handling guides, distributor materials.
  • Comfortable managing concurrent workstreams across different geographies and timelines, with limited direct support.
  • Experience working in or with cross-functional, matrixed, international organizations — influencing without authority.
  • Exposure to corporate brand management and/or brand governance is a plus (alongside portfolio or product brand experience).

Additional details

  • Build and manage brand knowledge resources, review regional brand executions, and continuously improve tools, guidance, and best practices to strengthen global brand consistency and adoption.
  • Fluent English required (written and verbal). French is a strong plus
