- Independent case processing: You handle legal cases of private and corporate customers, especially in the field of employment law. Your advice is mainly by phone
- Use of AI: In your daily work, smart AI tools are available so that you can work efficiently and focus on the essentials
- Legal advice with a modern twist: you analyze various issues and solve problems in an uncomplicated, pragmatic and customer-friendly manner
- Negotiations: You conduct oral and written negotiations with insured persons, counterparties, lawyers and authorities
You bring that with you
- You have a Swiss university degree in law (MLaw), lawyer's patent is an advantage
- You have already gained practical work experience in the field of employment law and can apply it in practice
- You are strong in communication and can convey complex issues in an understandable and empathetic way. You also have unbeatable negotiating skills. Foreign languages (Italian/French) are an advantage
- The satisfaction of your customers is important to you and you are committed to fulfilling their concerns in the best possible way
- At the same time, you have a basic economic understanding and understand how to weigh costs and benefits in case processing and interpret case-relevant figures.
