• Your main task as a specialist technician / in cable civil engineering is the independent planning, installation and monitoring of cable paths and cable shafts, as well as executing cable trains of all railway cables
• You independently carry out repairs on shaft covers and renovation work on cable shafts, as well as troubleshooting on cable infrastructures and ensure their proper function again. You create the work planning, report the work carried out and record working hours and expenses
• Furthermore, you use instructed machines, apparatuses and work equipment, carry out appropriate instructions and work as a security manager to ensure a professional and safe execution of the tasks.
• As a specialist technician, you prepare jobs and provide materials for the assigned work. Construction sites where you also ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• You take over the professional management of employees and third parties in the various jobs.
• The function may also include night and weekend work as well as special missions in the event of disruption and winter service.
