You can do that with us.
- Maintenance and maintenance of green and park facilities including lawn care, planting area maintenance and organisation of green facilities
- pruning of hedges, shrubs and trees according to seasonal requirements and maintenance plans
- Maintenance of outdoor facilities such as greening, foliage and snow clearance and general outdoor cleaning work
- Performing minor repair and maintenance work on common equipment, machines and tools
- Support for additional operational tasks, especially in the area of home maintenance and general technical concerns
- Collaboration in winter service including snow clearance and littering operations after operational planning
- Performing inspections with administrations to check the condition of the installations and recording the need for action
- Assistance in creating offers in collaboration with team leadership
- Applying sound plant knowledge as well as professional implementation of plant and care protection measures
- Independent and team-oriented working method in daily outdoor use
- Ensuring physical requirements for outdoor and changing weather conditions
- Documentation and maintenance of maintenance protocols for tracking work performed
You bring that with you
- Completed training as a gardener or several years of professional experience in the garden sector with in-depth knowledge of machinery and plant species
- Safe and professional treatment of customers as well as a well-kept and friendly attitude
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing and first experience in dealing with the MS-Office range
- Structured, reliable and resilient personality with strong organizational skills
- Category B / BE ticket and an impeccable reputation
- Experience in the care of green areas and gardens as well as interest in long-term development
- High flexibility and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good physical strength for demanding outdoor activities

Requirements
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner/in EFZ oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gartenbereich mit fundierten Kenntnissen von Maschinen und Pflanzenarten
Sicherer und professioneller Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie ein gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit der MS-Office-Palette
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
Fahrausweis der Kategorie B / BE und ein einwandfreier Leumund
Erfahrung in der Pflege von Grünflächen und Gartenanlagen sowie Interesse an langfristiger Weiterentwicklung
Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Freien bei allen Wetterbedingungen
Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit für anspruchsvolle Tätigkeiten im Aussenbereich
