• Implementation and assurance of educational standards in practice
• Pedagogical coaching of vocational trainers and learners / students
• Ensuring cooperation with station management
• Close cooperation with training managers and vocational trainers
• Active participation in the further development of education-relevant projects
• Nursing diploma HF/FH with experience in psychiatric setting and completed additional educational training (SVEB-2 or higher)
• High level of technical and social competence and good communication skills
• In the case of foreign diplomas, an SRK - recognition is required What you can expect
