As Regional Manager Technics, you ensure the technical operational readiness of up to 50 ACTIV FITNESS Studios in German-speaking Switzerland. You will lead a technical team of 4 to 5 employees, coordinate the maintenance and maintenance of all infrastructures and work together with internal and external partners for a smooth and economical operation

• You take over the professional and organizational leadership of the team and ensure a smooth process in day-to-day business.
• You accompany new employees at the start, work them carefully and help them to quickly find their way into everyday work.
• You plan your team’s assignments ahead of time and are responsible for correct and reliable time tracking.
• You make sure that all technical equipment and equipment in the Activ Fitness regions assigned to you are operational and functional at all times.
• You coordinate planned and short-term maintenance work, implement it and keep an eye on quality, deadlines and execution.
• You are responsible for meeting budget requirements, carefully planning material requirements and coordinating cooperation with external partners.
• You also take part in day-to-day operations and support repairs on the building technology as well as on strength and endurance equipment.
• You take over the partial project management for conversions and ensure the warranty monitoring of infrastructure and devices.
• You coordinate cooperation with cleaning companies, including quality assurance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar environment: leadership experience mandatory
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): professional maintenance or similar
• You bring a high level of technical maintenance expertise, ideally in the area of facility management, operation or maintenance.
• With your sovereign, professional and winning appearance, you create trust and convince in daily exchange with different stakeholders.
• You have several years of leadership experience and understand how to lead employees clearly, motivationally and on an equal footing.
• You convince with a pronounced hands-on mentality and a high willingness to take on responsibility even in operative everyday life.
• You communicate stylishly, clearly and addressable and bring an open, winning personality.
• You think and act service-oriented, remain flexible even in a dynamic environment and approach changes positively and solution-oriented.
• You have a valid driving license. For the job, a company car is available to you.
