In Altendorf we operate our own logistics centre, while the Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten produces cocoa mass for our own use as well as for other European production facilities. What you do with us

Shape the future of Lindt - for our ERP transformation we are looking for an experienced personality who is responsible for Organizational Change Management (OCM). In this key role, you create orientation, empower managers and employees and ensure that change is sustainably anchored in our organization.

• You develop and control the OCM strategy for the S4FARI transformation in Switzerland
• You carry out change impact assessments and translate changes into concrete fields of action for managers and employees
• Analyze stakeholders, develop engagement strategies and promote acceptance of transformation
• You build a Switzerland-wide change agent network and support it through coaching, methods and best practices
• You develop communication concepts and ensure that the right messages reach the right target groups at the right time
• You define the training and enablement strategy and ensure that employees are optimally prepared for new processes and ways of working
• You work closely with program management, stream leads, business functions, HR, corporate communications and external partners
• You measure progress, change readiness and adoption and derive targeted measures from this

When you fit in with us

• You have several years of experience in organizational change management, ideally in transformation or ERP projects
• You understand how to win people for change and successfully involve different stakeholders
• You have experience in stakeholder management, change impact assessment, communication and training
• You convince with your safe appearance, strong communication skills and your sensitivity in dealing with different stakeholders
• You work in a structured, pragmatic way and do not lose sight of complex projects
• You communicate stylishly in German and English
