In this role, you are part of the Finance division in the Corporate Real Estate (CRES) department at Zurich Switzerland. You play a central role in the management of our Swiss-wide rental contract portfolio, are responsible for commercial, administrative and coordinating tasks equally and thus contribute significantly to the professional and sustainable management of our business properties.

That's what awaits you

• You are responsible for managing a portfolio of lease and sub-rental contracts for business properties throughout the entire contract life cycle – from negotiation to termination or renewal.
• You represent Zurich as a tenant and, if necessary, as a sub-rentaler in relation to renters, tenants and other contractual partners and conduct the corresponding negotiations.
• You advise internal stakeholders on rental issues and work closely with regional managers and project managers in site development and tenant expansion.
• You ensure professional time-limit, data and documentation management and are responsible for the quality of the relevant contract and master data.
• You support decision-making processes with reliable information, analyses and evaluations around your portfolio and actively integrate you into the further development of processes, standards and digital tools.

That's what makes you feel

• Well-founded professional experience (5 years or more) in the independent management of business properties with demonstrable experience in the negotiation and supervision of rental and sub-rental relationships
• Swiss Federal Professional Card Real Estate Management or comparable training of advantage.
• A good knowledge of Swiss rental law for commercially used areas and a strong understanding of the economic and administrative aspects of property management.
• Extensive ownership, structured working methods and the joy of advancing topics holistically and independently.
• Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and high digital A-resinity; experience with planon, power BI or comparable applications is an advantage.
• Excellent German skills in word and writing as well as good English skills; other national languages are of benefit.

Travel activity: up to 25% per year

Hybrid work: up to 40%
