Tasks

• Independent management of the real estate portfolios allocated to you
• Representation of the Coop Cooperative as property owner and tenant in rented properties
• Responsible for smaller and medium-sized renovations and regular maintenance
• Development of management and rental concepts with your manager
• Creation of rental contracts and supplements as well as responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties

Requirements

• You have professional experience in property management, ideally in commercial property management
• You have experience in repairs, maintenance and renovations
• You have completed further training as a real estate manager with a federal certificate or an equivalent further education
• You get practiced with digital media and handle it with ease
• You have a category B driving licence
