• Active market development and targeted acquisition of new customers in the defined target segment (cold acquisition) Lead generation until conclusion of the contract
• Identification of relevant contacts and implementation of presentations at various decision levels incl. C-level communication at international level
• Analysis of customer needs and participation in the development of suitable solution concepts
• Preparation of offers in cooperation with internal specialist areas
• Support of the entire sales process until completion in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Building and maintaining a network as well as using events and CRM for lead generation and market development
• Completed studies (minor bachelor) or comparable education or training
• 5 years of professional experience in the B2B sector in an active sales role ideally in the field of real estate, facility management or FM consulting.
• Sales talent with a “Hunter” mentality
• Demonstrable successes in new customer acquisition and in the development of sales pipelines
• Understanding structured sales processes and good analytical skills
• Convincing appearance, communication strength and pleasure in the active customer approach
