You will play a central role in the financial management of the Migros industry – with a focus on clear drivers, transparent cost structures and effective IT controlling. You set standards, improve processes and provide management with precise reports for informed decisions.

• You control the controlling of Migros Industrie AG and ensure transparency in costs, resources, budgets, forecasts and projects.
• You are responsible for the financial management of the overhead of the entire Migros industry, define cost and control logics, develop meaningful driver models and ensure compliance with uniform standards.
• You will further develop IT controlling and support well-founded decisions on IT services, business cases and transformation projects.
• As a sparring partner for management, departments and plants, you identify the financial impact of operational developments and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• You will continuously develop management reporting and the underlying control logics, ensure consistent key figures and create a uniform financial picture as a basis for informed decisions.
• You accompany strategic programs such as ONE with progress, cost and benefit analyses and create transparency about their economic success.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in controlling: ideally in an industrial, production or FMCG environment.
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in business administration, finance, controlling or a comparable field of expertise. Further training in the financial sector (e.g. controlling, accounting, FP&A) is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Experience in the analysis of business indicators and the derivation of financial impacts and recommendations for action.
• High analytical competence as well as the ability to process complex issues in an understandable and addressable manner.
• Secure handling of ERP and BI systems, especially SAP and Power BI.
• Understanding IT finance, business cases and transformation projects is beneficial.

Recruitment process
