IT Business Relationship Manager (m/w/d) — Rheinmetall Air Defence AG

Full description

They form the interface between Rheinmetall IT and the business units within the Rheinmetall Air Defence Division, understand their business strategies, processes and priorities and represent the interests of business within IT. Their tasks include:

• Coordination of strategic and professional IT needs of the business organization with the IT service strategy and management of the IT demand pipeline
• Advising the supervised departments regarding investment needs in IT in the context of budgeting processes and the development of IT capacities
• Reporting on performance, quality and value contribution of IT services together with IT Service Delivery Management and IT Service Owners
• Communication on changing IT services, coordination of IT-related escalations from business and monitoring customer satisfaction
• Establishment and continuous further development of a trusting cooperation with contacts at all hierarchical levels of the business organization WHAT YOU SHOULD INVOLVE
• Completed studies in (economic) informatics, business administration with an IT focus or a comparable degree programme
• Relevant experience in an interface function between department and IT, ideally in IT demand management, business relationship management or IT consulting
• Extensive knowledge of holistic business process chains and their mapping in IT landscapes
• Safe handling of performance indicators and reporting
• Knowledge of IT service management, governance and project management methods
• Strong communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills as well as experience working with cross-functional teams
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
