80% - 100% | Real estate | Zurich | Experienced professionals With us in the real estate sector, you control, develop, build and manage the properties of the Zürcher Kantonalbank together with more than 100 colleagues. You design sustainable working, customer and meeting places and thus make an important contribution to the long-term development of the bank. In your role, you move at the interface between business and operations, driving forward conceptual topics and ensuring that real estate services are fit for the future. Your tasks

• Driving strategic area management at portfolio and company level, carrying out needs analyses and preparing benefit forecasts in cooperation with various specialist departments
• Building an analytical controlling of the use of our properties and deriving needs, potentials and optimization possibilities as a data-based basis for portfolio management decisions
• Designing operational concepts for employee zones and deriving recommendations for future working environments
• Accompanying major projects with your strategic-conceptual know-how and contributing your perspective throughout the project
• Identify gaps in today’s service offering and develop new services including business case logic
• Positioning as a value representation towards the business and translating requirements into feasible, viable concepts

Your profile

• Completed higher education in the real estate sector and further education in real estate management
• Several years of experience in the use and development of office properties with a proven focus on strategy and conception, ideally in a value representation or comparable interface function between business and corporate real estate management
• Strong ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics and derive viable conceptual bases from them
• An in-depth understanding of how to efficiently implement concepts using digital tools
• High affinity for interdisciplinary cooperation at the interface of real estate, business and IT topics
• You convince through a clear, binding and integrative appearance and win different stakeholders at different management levels for your solutions
• You identify with our values and use them effectively in daily action
• Very good knowledge of German, every other language is a plus
