We enchant the world with chocolate! Lindt & Sprüngli (Schweiz) AG is a subsidiary of the global Lindt & Sprüngli Group with headquarters and production facilities in Kilchberg on Lake Zurich. We operate our own logistics center in Altendorf, while the Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten produces cocoa mass for our own use and for other European production facilities. We proudly operate 15 Lindt Shops across Switzerland, including iconic locations such as the Jungfraujoch and the Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne. What you do with us

• App development & process automation:

Design, create and maintain practical applications for production based on Microsoft PowerApps and Streamlit (Python). In addition, we support and modernize existing Excel/VBA solutions.

• Data Analytics & Reporting:

Building the Power BI structure for the operations area, maintaining the data models and creating meaningful dashboards and reports for the management and teams on site.

• Platform & Collaboration Management:

Manage and maintain our central OpEx platform and ensure structured, smooth collaboration via MS Teams and SharePoint

When you're right for us

• Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist, application development, programmer, web developer) or a comparable technical qualification
• Sound professional experience at the interface between IT and production
• Sound knowledge of creating low-code applications (PowerApps) and Excel/VBA
• Previous experience with Streamlit (Python) is an advantage
• Proficient in using Power Bi (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design) to transform raw data into understandable reports
• Confident use of MS Teams and SharePoint
• Experience with OpEx platforms such as Solvace is an advantage
