Create the future of urban living spaces with us – we are looking for you as a project manager: in the Real Estate Development Team immediately or by agreement. Your place of work is our headquarters «Connect» in Opfikon.

At Implenia, you develop real estate projects with the aim of meeting the return profile of our investors, coupled with a high urban and architectural quality. In this key role, you assume overall responsibility for our projects in German-speaking Switzerland: You support the transaction team in identifying and evaluating development opportunities, taking over the product definition and leading the planner team to construction maturity, a legally binding building permit and signing the TUWV.

You move that

• Overall responsibility for the development of demanding real estate projects after the acquisition to maturity
• Identification and evaluation of development opportunities and participation in purchase and sales processes
• Definition of marketable usage concepts taking into account location, target groups and cost-effectiveness
• Responsibility for monitoring the economic performance of the projects (earnings areas, target costs, return targets)
• Control of all internal and external project participants
• Identification and involvement of all stakeholders as well as careful management of the approval processes up to the legally binding building permit
• Seamless contract and supplement management
• Identification and application of industrialized construction with our specialized teams
• Proactive support in the due diligence of adequate AI tools for use in the Real Estate Development Team

This is why you succeed

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, spatial planning or real estate
• Several years of experience in developing complex real estate projects
• Experience dealing with investors, authorities and other stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss building law, SIA standards and property valuation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive and proactive attitude and a strong commitment to the position
• The ability to deliver results under deadline pressure, deal with complex situations and work solution-oriented
• Strong and self-confident communicator for cooperation with internal teams and operational partners. Ability to present convincingly before the Investment Committee and other stakeholders
• Negotiable knowledge of German, English is advantageous
