Product Manager - Tokenization — Sygnum Bank

As a Senior Product Manager in the Tokenization team, you will play a key role in developing and scaling Sygnum’s tokenization platform and on-chain investment solutions. You will work closely with engineering, legal and business teams to deliver innovative on-chain applications for our global client base. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive Sygnum’s tokenization platform and on-chain investments initiatives, ensuring successful delivery to Sygnum’s global clients
• Collaborate with clients, partners, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into product specifications, user stories, and workflows
• Lead the development and launch of new features to scale Sygnum’s tokenization platform, working closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Support the definition and evolution of the tokenization platform’s vision and strategy, contributing insights from client needs, market developments, and technical capabilities
• Conduct analysis and identify opportunities to expand Sygnum’s on-chain solution and tokenization offerings We are seeking someone who is passionate about the future of blockchain, tokenization, and decentralized finance, and who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Requirements:
• Several years of relevant experience, ideally in a top-tier consulting firm, or as a Product Manager in a dynamic technology or fintech environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital assets, tokenization, blockchain, and DeFi
• Ability to deep dive into technical topics while maintaining strategic perspective
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English Nice to Have:
• Technical background with hands-on coding experience
• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure
