In the governance department, we make a central contribution to the further development of the city hospital. We support the organization strategically and operationally in the areas of process, quality, feedback, risk, environmental and document management and thus create the basis for sustainable quality, security and continuous improvement.

To strengthen our team at the Triemli site, we are looking for 1. March 2027 or by agreement a committed, proactive and communication-strong personality who shapes and drives our topics forward.

Tasks

• Establishment, maintenance and further development of the process management system as a prerequisite and subset of the integrated management system.
• Further development of PzM principles/methodology/specifications and provision of the necessary tools
• Professional responsibility for the process modeling software and technical solution manager (first level support)
• Implementation of process analyses and modeling of business processes during workshops
• Advising the departments of the city hospital for the analysis and implementation of optimization potential
• Process portfolio management and reporting at company level
• Promotion of process orientation in the faculties of the Stadtspital
• Conduct of training and information events

Profile

• You have a higher education (uni, FH or HF) in process management, business administration, healthcare or a comparable field of expertise.
• You bring several years of experience in the construction, optimization and control of processes.
• You have trained yourself in process management, for example in BPMN 2.0, Lean Management or Process Mining.
• You think analytically, structured and recognize connections quickly.
• You communicate in style, moderate workshops with pleasure and approach people openly.
• You like to work with data and key figures and provide comprehensible results.
• You are a team-oriented, service-oriented personality with a very good knowledge of German
• Knowledge of ADONIS as well as relevant standards and guidelines are a plus.
