We look after our residents and their relatives with expertise and a lot of human commitment in often complex situations. The treatment, care and care in high quality therefore require specific knowledge in the field of geriatrics as well as individually adapted support in health, social or mental matters. This is why our multi-professional team works closely together. It consists of Ärzt:innen,pflegers, a social worker, activation specialists, therapist:innen and pastoral workers.

• Organization and assistance in the care and care of residents in need of medium to severe care in the context of long-term care (34 places) in cooperation with the station management
• Co-responsibility in personnel and professional management as well as advice for the more than 30 employees
• Co-responsibility in the implementation of the training mandate on the station
• Monitoring of the economic use of resources
• Taking over the tasks of the station management in their absence
• Preparation of the roster in the Personnel Engagement System (PEP)
• Professional and individual patient care as a reference person
• Active interprofessional cooperation
• have completed training as a Dipl. Care professional HF/FH
• have already gained initial leadership experience
• have several years of professional experience in the long-term sector in Switzerland, especially in geriatrics and palliative care
• are open and motivated for new challenges
• maintain a respectful, appreciative and motivating approach to patients, relatives and the team
• are an independent, resilient, responsible and service-oriented personality
• have excellent knowledge of German (verbal and written)
