To support the data center team in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as our planning manager (m/f/d). Your place of employment will be our headquarters «Connect» in Opfikon. In this function, you will actively supervise our various data center projects. Implenia has extensive experience in the construction of data centers. • Leadership and coordination of the entire planning team as well as management and logging of the planning meetings
• Control of the planning process from the preliminary project to the execution incl. Scheduling, coordination of authorities and compliance
• Ensuring plan quality and compliance with the objectives of architecture, HVACs, functionality, costs, quality and deadlines
• Support of the overall project management TU and the implementation in all planning issues incl. Interface management
• Control of optimizations, project changes and samples incl. Change management and integration into planning
• Contractual, supplementary and risk management for planners as well as request for revision planning and final documentation requirements What requirements do you bring as planning manager Datacenter (m/f/d)?
• Completed studies as an architect:in or, civil engineer:in, electrical engineer:in or HLKS engineer:in (ETH/FH) or equivalent training with corresponding further education
• Several years of professional experience in planning or project management of TU/GU projects, ideally in the area of Data Center or Mission Critical Facilities
• In-depth knowledge of SIA standards, planning-relevant building legislation and experience in administrative coordination
• Demonstrable strength in the leadership of interdisciplinary planning teams, in interface, appointment and quality management
• Structured, assertive personality with high communication and decision-making skills as well as very good knowledge of English (level C1 or mother tongue) and good knowledge of German (level B1)
