Welcome to Medbase Zurich Wiedikon

Our versatile, lively Medical Center (no walk-in practice) is located in the urban district 3, a few minutes walk from the Wiedikon train station with a view of the Üetliberg. Here we look after patients interdisciplinary and quality-oriented. The team, consisting of around 40 employees, consists of specialists and therapists from various specialist areas. The center’s main focus is on the interplay between family medicine and complementary medicine. At Medbase Zurich Wiedikon, we appreciate the respectful and helpful approach in the team. We also ensure a balanced work-life balance. Working part-time is possible in all functions and working hours can be flexible.

Lead and develop the MPA team of our Medical Center

You want to do more than just organize – you want to shape, lead and develop? In this key role, you take over the operational and personnel management in everyday practice and are a central interface between the team and site management.

Your tasks

• Leadership, development and coaching of key people in the MPA team (e.g. team leaders, vocational trainers)
• Co-responsibility for the further development of digital workflows and the use of modern practice systems
• Control and ensure correct patient billing
• Close cooperation with central interfaces such as HR, finance, IT and marketing
• Responsibility for quality assurance in the areas of laboratory, agenda and organisational practices
• Accompaniment of learners and training of new employees

You bring that with you

• Completed training as MPA EFZ with further training to the MPK (or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in an extended or deputy leadership role
• Demonstrable experience in the management and development of employees
• Completed vocational training course or willingness to obtain it
• In-depth knowledge in laboratory, X-ray and patient care
• You convince through digital affinity, a secure use of practice software as well as an organizational and assertive working method
