How you contribute

• Processing and examination of insurance cases in the areas of property, liability and accident insurance
• Consultation and correspondence on coverage issues and insurance-relevant topics with customers, insurers, distribution partners and internal stakeholders
• Administration and maintenance of insurance contracts as well as policies
• Preparation, examination and processing of insurance-relevant documents
• Support in the processing of claims and tracking of claims
• Implementation of settlements and booking of courts

• Completed commercial training in the area of insurance, banking, wholesale and foreign trade, logistics, forwarding or comparable qualification
• First experience in an administrative, operational or customer-oriented function
