What you move

• You assume strategic and operational overall responsibility for the low-code platform Lobster Data World and develop it further
• Demanding IT projects in the area of data integration are initiated, planned and controlled in compliance with the deadlines, qualitative and financial requirements
• As a central contact person, you coordinate the specialist departments involved, develop strategic solution concepts and ensure smooth integration of processes and systems.
• You create project presentations and documentation as well as lead meetings and workshops and work with operational and administrative systems
• Interdisciplinary project teams and employees lead you professionally and personnel with a cooperative, transparent and goal-oriented leadership style
• In addition, you promote the development of your employees, coordinate personnel topics with HR and manage the area assigned to you economically and responsibly.

• A completed commercial education or an equivalent qualification, for example a degree in computer science or business administration, forms your professional basis
• Several years of professional experience in supply chain management and computer science bring you as well as ideally experience with the Lobster platform
