Introduction
Do you want to combine customer orientation, efficient order processing and leadership? Then take responsibility for our order processing team and together with internal and international partners ensure that our customer orders are processed reliably, on time and in high quality.
Main responsibilities • Lead the order processing team in terms of personnel and expertise, motivate and further develop it in a targeted manner • Ensure timely, error-free and customer-oriented processing of customer orders and delivery plans • Proactively communicate in the event of scheduling deviations and ensure a transparent flow of information to internal and external contacts • Processing inquiries about orders, delivery dates, material availability and logistical issues as well as supporting delivery bottlenecks and escalations • Conduct availability testing and MRP controlling in close cooperation with production, purchasing, logistics and customization • Process logistical complaints, complaints and returns and initiate appropriate corrective measures • Monitor and analyze relevant performance indicators such as DPPM and OTD and derive improvement measures from them • Continuously optimize and further develop processes, work instructions, training documents and system solutions in order processing
Required expertise • Completed commercial vocational apprenticeship as well as a higher specialist training, ideally as foreign trade manager: in or foreign trade specialist with federal professional certificate • At least five years of professional experience in an international industrial, commercial or logistics company • At least two years of operational management experience as well as experience in logistics and project tasks • Very good IT knowledge, especially in MS Office, as well as experience with SAP, ideally in the modules SD, MM, PP, EWM and BI • Confident knowledge of German and English in words and writing (minimum level C1) • Strong communication and motivation skills, combined with high team orientation and a secure appearance • Solution-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking and reliable working methods
