Do you want to take part in the pulse of events and actively shape the future of life at Zurich Switzerland?

In this role, you are part of the Life business unit in the ZLIC Projects & CEO Office area and actively contribute to the further development of Zurich Switzerland.

You support the management team and get comprehensive insights into the activities of the individual areas. You act as a hub, actively participate in strategic initiatives and take over the coordination with responsible persons from different business areas as well as the CEO Office.

This is what awaits you

• You act as a strategic management support and sparring partner
• You create analyses, presentations and develop the basis for decision-making for C-Level Management
• You design events and workshops (All-Hands, Leadership Days, etc.) in cooperation with the relevant internal partners
• You drive strategic initiatives proactively and independently across departments and in interdisciplinary teams
• You plan and take responsibility for communication activities and channels in Life

This sets you apart

• university degree or equivalent qualification as well as 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in business consulting or in insurance or Financial sector
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and networking competence
• Structured, independent and detailed working method with a clear focus on deliverables
• Excellent MS Office user knowledge, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and high energy levels, combined with perfect knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage
