Tasks
- Professional, personnel and organizational management of a nursing ward as well as ensuring high-quality patient care
- Planning and coordination of station processes as well as ensuring a needs-based and competence-based personnel deployment

Requirements
- Completed training as a Dipl. Care professional HF or FH
- Several years of professional experience and proven leadership experience in the care sector
- Leadership or management training completed
- High social and communication skills as well as an appreciative and clear leader
- Strong sense of responsibility, organisational skills and solution-oriented working methods
- Enjoyment in the further development of care and interprofessional cooperation
