A center for paraplegia is attached.For the management of our care and administration team we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by agreement Tasks: In this versatile management role, you assume the professional, personnel and organizational responsibility for our emergency department with six treatment bunks, two seats and around 15 employees (12 FTE). Together with your team, you shape the nursing care of more than 8,000 emergency consultations every year and continuously develop our processes. You combine high professional standards with an appreciative leadership culture and a pronounced patient orientation. • Leadership, promotion and further development of your team – They create an environment that strengthens motivation and quality equally • Ensuring an efficient, safe and patient-oriented emergency operation with a quality of care at university level • Care of our patients and their relatives in the field of orthopaedics, paraplegia and neuro-urology • Close cooperation with the medical team of the emergency department • Initial assessment under ESI and priority coordination of the emergency unit • Responsible for the entry and exit process of emergency patients Requirements • You have a degree as a dipl.
