Tasks: They support researchers in the field of life sciences in cooperation with industry and in the commercial implementation of their research results. This includes in particular: • Drawing up, reviewing and negotiating research contracts with domestic and foreign partners • Evaluation of inventions with regard to patentability and commercial potential • Coordination of patent applications in cooperation with patent attorneys: • Support for the transfer and economic exploitation of technologies • Preparation of license agreements and conduct negotiations until the conclusion of the contract Requirements They have a university degree in the field of life sciences, e.g. biology, biochemistry, pharmacy or medicine. You have several years of professional experience in the private sector in a customer-oriented task. Now you want to take the next development step. In addition, bring with you: • Enjoy negotiating, communicating and exchanging ideas with researchers, companies and other partners • Interested in dealing in depth with contracts as well as scientific, technical and legal issues • Independent, initiative and structured working methods • Ability to capture and communicate complex issues in an understandable way • Stylistic German and very good English in word and writing Initial experience with patents, licenses and research contracts would be a plus.
