For the management of the financial administration we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by agreement.
Tasks
- Strategic management and further development of the overall urban investment planning as well as, if necessary, earnings improvement measures.
- Development of complex, financial policy decision-making bases for the city council and other bodies.
- Management and coordination of cross-departmental control, prioritization and implementation processes.
- Conducting analyses and establishing and further developing effective monitoring and reporting.
- Addressable preparation, presentation and mediation of complex fiscal policy and business issues.
Profile
- Completed business studies or university of applied sciences as well as experience in the financial, controlling or administrative environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to assess complex financial and strategic issues and develop sound decision bases
- Experience in the coordination of cross-divisional processes as well as a secure presence in dealing with different stakeholders from administration and politics
- Enjoyment in the establishment and further development of control, reporting and monitoring instruments as well as a good understanding of business relationships
- Independent, initiative and solution-oriented personality with a strong communication strength and the ability to convey complex content appropriate to the addressee
