• Overall responsibility for national retail promotions from conception to successful project completion
• Managing complex projects and coordinating cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation
• Planning, management and control of the project budget, milestones, risks and responsibility for a high implementation quality
• Analysis of project results, derivation of optimization measures and contribution to the continuous development of processes, standards and best practices
• Further development of existing promotion mechanics and development of new activation concepts for our customers in cooperation with the relevant partners

Requirements

• Several years of experience: in the management of complex marketing projects
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): or comparable further education in business administration, marketing, communication or project management
• High initiative, implementation strength and sense of responsibility
• Strong stakeholder and networking and coordination competence
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking
• Stylish communication and convincing presentation skills
• Experience working with project management tools and AI
• German (flowing)
• English (good knowledge)
• French (advantageous)
