In this versatile role, you are responsible for solutions in the field of input management as well as our central data platform. • You are responsible for the application management of our input management applications as well as the central data platform
• You control the entire lifecycle, from operations, costs and capacities to changes, releases, tests and implementation
• You are the central contact person for specialist departments and IT, control external partners and represent SWICA’s interests vis-à-vis suppliers and providers.
• You analyze and prioritize requirements and drive forward together with the specialist areas of digitalization and automation
• You keep an eye on dependencies, interfaces and data flows and design cross-system solutions
• Ensure compliance with information security, privacy, IAM, governance and business continuity requirements

This sets you apart

• Higher specialist training in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH/University) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in application management, service management, technical product management or a comparable function
• Good understanding of modern input management solutions, data platforms and complex system landscapes, ideally in the Microsoft Azure environment
• Experience in controlling external IT service providers, software suppliers and service providers
• You capture technical connections quickly and confidently mediate between business and technology
• Experience in input management, intelligent document processing or insurance environment is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
