The nature of your activity
- Responsibility for the life cycle of selected clinical and administrative applications from introduction to replacement
- Ensuring stable, safe and efficient application operations
- Support and further development of interfaces and data flows between the various systems
- Participation in challenging digitization and IT projects, especially in the introduction and further development of our new clinic information system (KIS), as well as assuming partial or project responsibility
- Advising and supporting the departments in optimizing processes and digital solutions
- Planning and coordination of releases, updates and changes
- Cooperation with internal departments, manufacturers and external partners
- Implementation of training and monitoring of changes
- Participation in a regulated, rotating Pikett service within the IT team
The basis of your performance
- Training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable specialisation
- Experience in application management
- Healthcare knowledge is beneficial
- Knowledge of clinical information systems (CIS), ERP solutions or comparable specialist applications
- Experience with interfaces and data flows (e.g. HL7, FHIR, DICOM or APIs)
- Ideally, knowledge of ITIL processes
- Enjoy working with users from a wide range of disciplines
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Strong communication skills as well as high customer and service orientation
