These tasks will inspire you
- Purchasing and selling heating and motor fuels, as well as actively supporting our customers
- Assisting with conducting market analyses and assessing market and price developments
- Assisting with implementing sales strategies to achieve the defined sales targets
- Supporting the preparation of the monthly closing in the Energy division
- Compliance with purchasing rules and sales budgets
- Ensuring complete and up-to-date data management in the CRM system
- Support in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and efficient handling of inquiries and complaints
- Support in monitoring and coordinating the entire sales process
- Administration and maintenance of the relevant ERP system
- Checking and processing goods invoices
- Clarification and resolution of discrepancies with the sales outlets
- Ensuring cover for the Head of Merchandise Accounting

- Several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
- Strong aptitude for sales, ideally in inside sales
- Good understanding of numbers, preferably with accounting experience
