With more than 250 dedicated and motivated employees, the Zweckverband Pflege & Betreuung Mittleres Tösstal provides the population of the association municipalities of Turbenthal, Wila, Wildberg and Zell with inpatient and outpatient care, care and residential services. In the two stationary care facilities “Lindehus” in Turbenthal and “Im Spiegel” in Rikon, 50 residents with different levels of care and care requirements are comprehensively looked after. The «Spitex Mittleres Tösstal», which also belongs to the Zweckverband, provides around 600 clients with high-quality services in somatic and psychosocial care and support as well as in housekeeping. As a result of retirement of the current job owner, we are looking for 1. May 2027 or by agreement, a competent, leadership-strong and humanly persuasive personality as Managing Director for about 80 – 100 % (Zweckverband Pflege und Betreuung Mittleres Tösstal)

These are your main tasks

• Operational overall responsibility for the entire Zweckverband, Chairman of the Management Board
• Ensuring the high quality of services and customer satisfaction
• Personnel management, recruitment, planning and development
• Ensuring a good company and work culture
• Successful financial management of companies, budget and revenue responsibility
• Close cooperation with the Works Commission
• Active role in the further development of the Zweckverband, the offers and the implementation of the strategy and decisions
• Leadership of projects and working groups, participation in projects
• Representation of the company against inside and outside, maintenance of contacts to all stakeholders
