You manage a smaller portfolio of residential properties with the support of an manager or team leader
You look after and advise tenants and owners and control the facility managers

You are responsible for securing, executing and accompaniment of maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including reporting
You develop and control the annual budget incl.
