- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner/in EFZ oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gartenbereich mit fundierten Kenntnissen von Maschinen und Pflanzenarten
- Sicherer und professioneller Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie ein gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gärtner/in EFZ oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gartenbereich mit fundierten Kenntnissen von Maschinen und Pflanzenarten
- Sicherer und professioneller Umgang mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie ein gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit der MS-Office-Palette
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
- Fahrausweis der Kategorie B / BE und ein einwandfreier Leumund
- Erfahrung in der Pflege von Grünflächen und Gartenanlagen sowie Interesse an langfristiger Weiterentwicklung
- Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Freien bei allen Wetterbedingungen
- Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit für anspruchsvolle Tätigkeiten im Aussenbereich
