- Comprehensive care and maintenance of gardens and private green spaces
- Efficiently plan and coordinate work processes in the customer garden
- Lead and accompany a small team of 2 to 3 employees independently
- Advise customers directly and competently recommend additional services
- Organize material requirements and digitally document work assignments
- Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener in horticulture and landscaping EFZ available
- Experience in garden maintenance with in-depth plant knowledge
- Careful and accurate work on all
- Ensure tasks
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team and be reliable and, ideally, have initial management experience
- Have a category B driver's license, trailer experience is an advantage Offer
- Diverse activities with a high degree of creative freedom and a lot of personal responsibility
