Our agile DevOps team “Pandit” is all about the digital customer interface of our bank. In this exciting and varied area, you will continue to supervise and develop several business-critical eBanking applications together with the team. You work with modern development methods such as pair and mob programming and test driven development. In your role, you play a key role in shaping the solution architecture, ensuring operational stability and supporting the team with your experience. We focus on modern architectural approaches such as microservices, resilience, domain driven design, security, observability and performance and value self-organization and commitment with passion. Your tasks

• Responsible for the further development of microservices and self-contained systems in a complex eBanking environment
• Design and implement demanding banking requirements in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality, stable and secure software development and smooth operation
• Optimize cooperation between development, testing, operations and monitoring with end-to-end view
• Create and review solution architectures for new requirements, considering security, performance and scalability
• Introducing new technical and methodological impulses to advance the team and products
• Coach and accompany the developer in the team as well as promote best practices such as Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD and Observability

Your profile

• Completed studies (uni, FH, HF) in the field of (economic) information technology or comparable training
• Several years of experience in software development with focus on Java- and Angular-based web applications
• Very good knowledge of Java, Angular, Spring (e.g. Spring Boot, Spring Security), JPA as well as the databases Oracle and Postgres
• Kotlin is a plus
• In-depth experience with Kubernetes in development, deployment, operation and troubleshooting of productive services
• Practical proven experience in the software architecture of Internet-exposed services (e.g. security, scaling, resilience, API design and observability approaches)
• Team- and customer-oriented personality with high self-motivation, sense of responsibility and social competence
• Enjoy taking responsibility and acting as a technical reference in the team
• Very good knowledge of German, English skills are a plus
