Key requirements
- Training: University degree in computer science, software engineering or comparable qualification with a strong emphasis on modern web technologies.
- Developmental skills: Advanced experience in the modern, ideally on the Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker) (e.g.
- PyTON, Node.js, Java) and Frontend (e.g.
- React, Angular, Vue.js).
- PyTON knowledge is preferred due to the IA orientation.
- IA: Practical experience in integrating IA/ML components (e.g., IA/ML)
- OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow) in productive software environments.
- Health sector: Experience with health sector standards (FHIR, HL7, DICOM) is an advantage, but not mandatory if you are ready to train.
- Experience with the "software as Medical Device" and the corresponding certification processes is a major asset.
- Work method: An autonomous, agile, and solution oriented working mode (Scrum/Kanban).
- You have a "Can-Do" mentality and enjoy solving complex problems by code.

Application process
- You act as a technical bridge between medical requirements and state-of-the-art technologies, ensuring that our digital health applications are secure, scalable and user-friendly. Your field of activity
- Development & Architecture of solutions: Design and implementation of scalable Fullstack web applications (Frontend & Backend) for clinical and administrative use.
- Integration of AI: Development and integration of machine learning models (Machine Learning), LLM (Large Language Models) and deterministic AI services (explainable AI) into existing and new applications to support diagnostic or administrative processes.
- Data & Interfaces: Connecting applications to clinical primary systems (KIS/HIS/DPI) using modern interoperability standards (e.g.
- FHIR, HL7) and guaranteeing fluid data exchange.
- Security by Design: Guaranteeing the highest security standards and data protection compliance (LPD/GDPR) when processing sensitive patient data, in close coordination with the Data Protection Officer.
- Dev Ops & Cloud: Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and management of the Cloud infrastructure for the operation of AI solutions.
- Prototyping: Rapid development of Concept Evidence (PoC) to assess the potential of new AI technologies for clinical daily life and make them tangible.
