- As a core member of the Design System team, you build and maintain the frontend foundations of Swiss Post's digital products, used by millions of customers.

Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities
- As a core member of the Design System team, you build and maintain the frontend foundations of Swiss Post's digital products, used by millions of customers.
- You work closely with DevOps teams across the organisation and help them adopt the Design System and solve frontend challenges.
- Through your open-source work, your impact isvisible to developers both inside and outside Swiss Post.
- You contribute to the evolution of Swiss Post's design and accessibility standards and turn them into reus-able components.
- You code on a daily basis and, as a senior member of the team, mentor teammates, conduct reviews, write technical specifications, and drive technical initiatives.
Key requirements
- You have strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript, while knowledge of Sass, Stencil JS, or Storybook is an advantage.
- You are curious about emerging web platform capabilities and evolving W3C standards and enjoy mentor-ing or teaching others.
- You ideally have experience with Angular and knowledge of frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte, while experience contributing to a Design System or working with Web Components will set you apart.
- Experience with WCAG standards is a plus, but most importantly you are passionate about accessibility and inclusive experiences.
- This hybrid role combines team-agreed office days with the flexibility to work from home.
