The health net Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the age and health centers Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with about 130 residents as well as Tagesheim, Spitex, living in old age and consulting with a total of about 260 employees is a non-profit limited company in full ownership of the municipality Küsnacht.

We are looking for an experienced personality for our dedicated teams in the Spitex area.

Your new tasks

• Responsible for the professional competence and individual support of the customers and the learners within the learning and working group (LAG)
• Responsibility for the continuous monitoring, promotion and evaluation of the learners and students
• Independent planning and coordination of the learning support stage
• Responsibility for planning, design, documentation and evaluation of the learning and training processes
• Dealing with current care- educational developments and active cooperation in quality processes and performance recording and maintenance documentation

What do you bring with you?

• Graduate in nursing (HF/FH/Daniel)
• At least two years of professional experience (preferably in Spitex with case management)
• Interest and motivation to actively accompany learning and development processes
• Vocational pedagogical training (SVEB) 1 or the willingness to do so
• Very good oral and written German knowledge as well as good computer skills
