You don’t just want to “do your job”, but actively shape the future of care?For our specialized bed station in Hepatology, Gastroenterology and Endocrinology (South E) we are looking for dedicated professional trainers: inner care. In these areas, you play a central role in the practical training of our learners and students and actively shape the further development of the station as part of the shared governance team. >The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • You plan, structure and accompany the practical training of learners and students and support them in their learning process. • You develop, plan and evaluate practice-oriented learning units in close cooperation with those responsible for education • You will conduct entry, location, competence and qualification interviews and document learning processes in a comprehensible and structured way. • You are the first contact person for educational topics on the station and create a motivating, learning-promoting environment • You advise and support the nursing team in the guidance of learners and strengthen the educational competence in everyday life • You implement quality assurance measures and actively participate in the further development of educational processes • You are involved in projects, working groups and in the learning and working community (LAG) • You are actively involved in patient care and are a professional and educational role model in clinical everyday life Requirements • Completed training as a Dipl.
