The nature of your activity
- Professional support, promotion and advice of FaGe learners and HF/FH nursing students at the Department of Acute Care in cooperation with the station management and the education managers
- Ensuring professional care and treatment of geriatric patients in acute care
- Taking over diagnostic, therapeutic and nursing measures
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical service and other professional groups
- Co-creation of a high-quality and patient-oriented care process
The basis of your performance
- Diplomatic nurse HF/FH with professional experience
- Vocational educational training or the willingness to complete it (e.g. SVEB)
- Example with humor, teamwork, empathy and an appreciative approach to patients
- High enthusiasm for innovation, communication skills, initiative and organisational skills
