In the departmental secretariat there is a team of lawyers, IT, human resources, finance and communication specialists. They advise the supervisor on the development of strategies and objectives and support the four service departments.

For our legal service in the departmental secretariat we are looking for 1. November 2026 or by arrangement for one year an intern

Tasks

• Assistance to the Legal Department of the Departmental Secretariat in disputed and non-controversial legal cases, focusing on general administrative, planning and construction, submission, property and contract law
• Independent processing of legal concerns from the service departments
• Legal review of advertising decisions
• Processing of shops betr. Staff easements
• Support for the procurement departments of the departments Real Estate and Office for Building Constructions in the areas of Submission, Contract and Contract Law

Profile

• Completed legal studies
• Self-responsible action and flexibility
• Interest in urban contexts, especially urban development
• Independent and reliable personality
• Stylistic texts as well as good communication skills
