For our medical bed station at the Waid location we are looking for 1. December or by appointment a committed, humorous and competent personality.
Tasks
- You accompany our trainees (FH/HF, FaGe) with commitment through their internships – from planning to implementation to the evaluation of learning situations.
- Together with the training team, you design learning processes according to our training concept and provide an inspiring learning atmosphere.
- You actively participate in the selection and recruitment process of new learners and students.
- As a nurse, you also take over the professional care and care of our patients on the medical bed station. You are guided by the care process and by evidence-based standards.
- In our shared governance model, you design and ensure the quality of care on our station together with the management and expert team. You bring your expertise to the development of standards and live a culture of collaboration – as a committed role model for your team.
Profile
- Degree as a Dipl. Nursing professional / Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH with professional experience in acute care
- Enjoy working with learners and students
- Self-understanding for a solution-oriented, collegial and cross-departmental cooperation
- Dedication, resilience, teamwork and empathy
