- You will conduct practical technical training in the areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology (HLK), hydraulics, control technology and building technology for customers, partners and internal employees, both in presence and online.
- You combine theoretical principles with practical applications and convey content based on concrete problems from everyday work.
- For the Academy, you are the internal contact person for building automation technology and provide training on new products, technologies and applications.
- You ensure the professional quality of existing trainings and courses and support specialists: didactic and methodical.
- You will analyze training needs from the market and internal organization, maintain the technical training backlog for the technology Building Automation and prioritize the next development steps. Your talents and experiences
- You have basic technical training, for example as a project manager: in automation or building technology, building technology planner: in or in a comparable technical profession.
- You bring several years of practical experience in planning, project planning, commissioning, engineering, service or maintenance of HVAC systems and hydraulic systems.
- You have completed further training at the level of HF, FH or a comparable qualification in HVAC, building technology, energy and environmental technology or building automation.
- You have experience in teaching groups
- You are convincing, strong in communication and professional and convey technical content in an understandable and practical manner.
- You use Microsoft 365 applications securely and are interested in artificial intelligence.
- You have reliable German and ideally knowledge of French.
- Ideally, you will bring an SVEB certificate “trainer:in” or a comparable adult education qualification.
