Your main tasks

• Together with the vocational trainer of the department, you take on the co-responsibility for vocational training in the bed department
• You accompany, promote and empower the learners on their way to our future professionals
• As part of the Learning and Working Group (LAG), you work with the trainees in all shifts directly at the patient bed
• You design the LAG according to FaGe competences
• With a lot of joy and commitment you design the individual learning processes here and let the learners benefit from your know-how
• Your communication skills are not neglected, because you conduct regular training interviews and qualify the trainees after each internship.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your education as a health professional and already have professional experience in the acute field
• Great, if you have already completed an educational training (SVEB), otherwise we will be happy to support you.
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• You are ready to develop professionally and personally
