Do you like working with people? You want to start from the 1. November 2026 with our education team for the nursing housing groups of health centers for old age?
Tasks
- You are a qualified and committed specialist in the care and care of the residents, whenever possible together with the learners/students.
- As a full-time vocational trainer, you are responsible for planning and implementing all processes relating to our learners and students.
- Together with a dedicated education team, they are responsible for the quality assurance and continuous improvement of our training conditions.
Profile
- Sound and reflective professional experience, preferably in the field of care for people with dementia
- Completed training as a nurse (HF/FH/DNII) with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad as well as a recognised further education (at least SVEB 1) or the willingness to complete it
- First experiences in accompanying learners and students as well as pedagogical sense
- Strong leadership skills that enable you to inspire employees for vocational training and develop them together with the management

Depending on the experience, the annual salary for this function is between CHF 93'838.- and CHF 125'386.- (100%).
