- Train apprentices
- Identify training needs and conduct training sessions with appropriate tools
Main responsibilities
- Train apprentices
- Identify training needs and conduct training sessions with appropriate tools
- Deliver inter-company courses to apprentices
- Participate in training development and update course materials
- Regularly monitor and assess acquired knowledge and skills
- Maintain and develop its teaching and technical skills on a regular basis Profile CFC in mechanics (4 years)
- Certificates of secondary trainer and in-company trainer, or willing to attend training courses
- Experience in apprenticeship training, an asset
- Ability to make people comfortable, especially with the younger generation and give feedback
- Good teacher, inclined to convey his knowledge with enthusiasm and to question himself
